Train to be a successful Account Manager on our Customer Services team at Angel Advance
Angel Advance is a successful Debt Management firm which has achieved FCA authorisation through always putting its customers’ best interests at the heart of its business.
We are looking to develop the skills and talent of individuals who understand how life-affecting financial hardship can be. It is part of our culture to make a positive difference in the lives of our customers and we are continually working to ensure that we have the tools to do just this. As a member of our Customer Services Team you will contribute towards delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers, whilst enjoying great training, experiencing new things, being a part of a close-knit team and growing in confidence all the time.
As an Apprentice Account Manager, you will be placed onto a quarterly training development plan until your apprenticeship is complete. This will involve new tasks being introduced every quarter to develop your skills so that you can become a competent Account Manager, receiving quarterly pay reviews with the opportunity to earn up to £6.25 per hour in your final quarter.
Your journey will begin with an induction week introducing you into the team, who are united in living our values, and whose primary focus is looking after our customers' best interests. You will need to have a real desire for developing yourself and learning, and be committed to completing your apprenticeship.
You will begin your apprenticeship with tasks such as processing client correspondence, conversing with customers via email and booking appointments over the phone. As you gain confidence throughout the course, you will be introduced to more complex tasks such as courtesy calls, answering queries, logging feedback, completing welcome calls etc. Support will always be on hand throughout your journey and, eventually, you will have your own personal portfolio of clients and can begin putting all of your professional training into practise, having the opportunity to develop into other positions within Angel Advance.
