Visit the Cinema For As Little As £2.49!

Entertain the little ones with the big screen this Easter by taking a trip to your local cinema for as little as £2.49!

  • Vue – ‘Mighty Mornings’ are on daily from 10am during the Easter holidays, with prices from just £2.49 per person (for kids aged 4-11 and adults).
  • Cineworld – ‘Movies for Juniors’ screenings offer children’s tickets at just £2.50.
  • Odeon – ‘Odeon Kids’ screenings offer kids’ and adult’s tickets for just £2.75.

A Classic Egg & Spoon Race (and Decorating!)

If the weather’s nice, why not spend a day in the garden competing in Easter-themed games and challenges with the family?

Of course, everyone’s favourite is the classic egg & spoon race. But, before you start, let the kids get creative and decorate the eggs you’ll be playing with! They could use colouring pens, child-safe paints, or stickers.

There are plenty of Easter egg decorating kits on Amazon for as little as £5.99 if you don’t have many pens or stickers at home.

Enjoy a Discounted Day Out

If you’re planning a family holiday this Easter, why not check out National Rail’s Days Out Guide?

Enjoy Easter family fun for less this year with 2-for-1 discounts, ⅓ off deals, and more, on a wide range of attractions across the UK (including Alton Towers, Chessington Adventures, Cadbury World, and Legoland Resort!) when you travel by train with National Rail.

Some rail companies also offer £1 fares for kids travelling with a paying adult – just check the terms before you book. If you’re buying your tickets on Trainline, selected routes offer ‘Kids for a Quid’ tickets.

If you won’t be travelling by train, but you have a Tesco Clubcard, you can swap your points for reward vouchers that give you free or discounted entry to many of the same attractions.

Or, if you’re looking for places to eat out, lots of restaurants are offering cheap or free kids’ meals during the Easter break. Find out more here.
